Help with Federal Agencies
In order to provide better service to my constituents, I have two district offices in Massachusetts. The offices are located in Peabody and Lynn. My Peabody office is open Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. My office in Lynn follows the same hours as the City Hall. It is open Monday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Thursday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday 9:00 am until noon.
Please contact me at my Peabody Office (phone 978-531-1669, fax 978-531-1996) if you need assistance with issues of federal jurisdiction in any of the following areas:
- Medicare and Medicare Part D
- Social Security
- Veteran's Affairs
- Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
- Worker's Compensation
- Public Housing
- Small Business Administration
- Federal Retirement
- Educational Financial Aid
Keep in mind that although my office is primarily able to assist with these and other federal government matters, I encourage you to click on my Government Guide to help you further with a number of services offered by federal, commonwealth, and local governments. I also recommend you read my Constituent Service FAQ's to help you carefully evaluate if we are indeed able to assist you.
In order to expedite your case, kindly fill out this form, and my staff will follow-up with you shortly. It may be necessary to set-up an appointment in order to meet with staff so you can provide us with copies of relevant documents, including all documents and correspondence exchanged between you and the governing federal agency or authority.
According to the Privacy Act of 1974, we require your permission before federal agencies can release information to our office. Please print and fax or mail the Privacy Release Form to my Peabody office so that we have your permission to contact these agencies on your behalf.
